Can you customize my order?

Yes! We are happy to customize your order with a business logo, business card, or personalized message.

Is there a minimum order?

No. (It’s quality, not quantity, right?)

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

We usually do not offer discounts; however, please email us if you plan on placing a very large order.

Are you able to bill my company for corporate orders?

Yes! Email us for more information on billing.

Do you ship FedEx or UPS?

We ship orders via UPS Ground Monday through Friday (Monday through Thursday during summer).

When should I place my order?

Because our caramel is made fresh each week, we ask that you give us at least two weeks to prepare and customize your order. If you plan on ordering around the holidays, more notice is appreciated!

Can you ship gifts to a gift list?

Yes! We can ship orders to you or directly to the recipients. Please email us your gift list in Excel format if possible.
