Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

For Cheesecake:

Graham cracker crust

1 pkg cream cheese (8oz) softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

dash of salt

2 eggs

For Topping:

2 jars Becky’s Blissful Bakery Caramel Sauce

1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients for cheesecake together until smooth – then add eggs and mix until well blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Heat two jars of Becky’s Blissful Bakery Caramel Sauce in microwave oven to allow for a more fluid consistency and mix with 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. Spread caramel sauce mixture over baked cheesecake. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
