Ham Sandwich – Jason Brunk

1 8-10 oz slice cooked ham
3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
3 Tablespoons Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
4 Tablespoons Becky’s Blissful Bakery Caramel Sauce
2 Slices Tomato
2 Slices Ciabatta Bread

1. Crush Crackers & Combine with Mustard seed and sesame.
2. Slice one 8010 oz portion of Ham
3. Heat caramel sauce until warm, dip in ham, coating all sides.
4. Take ham and dip in cracker mixture coating all sides then refrigerate.
5. Mix Mayo & Dijon then spread on bread after bread is lightly toasted.
6. Bake ham slice @ 350 for 10 minutes then transfer to bread.
7. Add thick sliced tomato and basil. Slice in half and serve.
