Shrimp Alfredo – Ryan Figueroa

Alfredo Sauce
Sargento 6 cheese Italian-1 pkg
Imperial Sticks(butter)-5 T
Heavy Cream- 4 cups
Minced garlic- 1 % tsp.
Italian Parsley Mince – 1/3 Cup
Put butter and garlic in pan to melt, let sit for 2 minutes on medium heat. Put in heavy cream and let
simmer. Mix in cheese and melt it, and let it sit on low heat.

Caramel Sauce
Butter- 4 Tbs.
Caramel- 3 Tbs.
Melt butter and then put caramel in it.

Jumbo Shrimp- 1 Lb.
Imperial Butter- 1 T.
Olive Oil- 1 tsp.
Minced garlic- 1 tsp.
Caramel Sauce- 1 T.
Melt butter, oil and garlic together. Put shrimp in until done. When done mix in 2 T of Alfredo and 1 T
of caramel. Mix it up.

1 box fettuccini
3 gl of water, 1 T salt, and 1 T oil.
